The courses have been created and instructed by Dr. Anuj Gupta, who has been an industry expert of genomics and molecular biology and extensively using techniques like Real Time PCR, NGS, microarrays etc in research and molecular diagnostics for last 22 years. He has been teaching, guiding, and instructing on various tools and techniques in genomics to students and faculties of several academic institutions involved in clinical, animal and agricultural research, private labs and genetics and molecular diagnostic testing facilities. He has conducted several workshops, delivered several guest lectures and talks, and resourced practical demonstrations on workflows and various aspects of NGS, molecular diagnostics and high-throughput technologies.
Dr. Gupta obtained his PhD from ICMR in Molecular Biology and worked extensively in Real Time PCR, DNA microarrays and sequencing apart from high-end microbiology and biocontainment and published highly cited research papers. He has also been a government scientist of in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. He has written multiple articles and chapters on QPCR, NGS, Microarrays etc in reputed national and international books and magazines.
