Modules Covered:
- Introduction to RNA-Seq and gene expression
- Quality check and trimming of raw reads (FASTQC, fastp)
- Read alignment to the reference genome
- Genome indexing using HISAT2
- Gene expression quantification across samples
- Differential gene expression analysis between conditions
- Visualization of gene expression results (DESeq2 etc)
